MATCHAKASE is Guam’s first matcha-inspired wellness brand — born from our shared love for Japanese tea, wellness, and community.

Rochelle (Guamanian) and Grace (Japanese) met through a mutual friend and instantly bonded over their obsession with matcha. They quickly realized Guam was missing high-quality matcha and hojicha — and dreamed of creating more than just a tea brand: a green, intentional community rooted in island spirit and mindful living.

From small-batch matcha powders sourced from trusted Japanese tea houses to matcha-inspired wellness and activewear, MATCHAKASE blends Japanese tradition with Guam’s island spirit, and is proud to share this green movement with the world.
